Terms and Conditions

  • All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations require a minimum of 72-hour notice.

  • $50 Reservation Fee required to Book

  • Reservation fee is due upon receipt of final invoice.

  • Final Payment is due 48-hours before your scheduled picnic.

  • Reservation fee is fully refundable with 48-hour notice of cancellation.

  • In the event of wet or inclement weather, customers have the option to move their picnic to an indoor location or choose a new date. Customers must submit a request via email 24-hours prior to their scheduled picnic.  

  • We do not offer a late seating policy. Please make sure to arrive on-time.

COVID-19 Updates

Health and safety are our highest priorities. We strive to make sure all of our guests are 100% comfortable during their picnic experience.  In an effort to maintain safety during these times we are:

  • Only booking for groups of 6 or less

  • Contactless set-up and pick-up

  • Follwing all Social Distancing guidelines

  • Picnic Designers will be masked and gloved during set-up and breakdown.

  • All tables, pillows, rugs, blankets, vases, baskets and additional decor items will be cleaned and sanatized before and after every picnic.

  • All glassware, plates, cutlery and napkins are washed and sanatized prior to and after every picnic.
