All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations require a minimum of 72-hour notice.

$50 Reservation Fee required to Book

Reservation fee is due upon receipt of final invoice.

Final Payment is due 48-hours before your scheduled picnic.

Reservation fee is fully refundable with 48-hour notice of cancellation.

In the event of wet or inclement weather, customers have the option to move their picnic to an indoor location or choose a new date. Customers must submit a request via email 24-hours prior to their scheduled picnic.

We do not offer a late seating policy. Please make sure to arrive on-time.

Health and safety are our highest priorities. We strive to make sure all of our guests are 100% comfortable during their picnic experience. In an effort to maintain safety during these times we are:

Only booking for groups of 6 or less

Contactless set-up and pick-up

Follwing all Social Distancing guidelines

Picnic Designers will be masked and gloved during set-up and breakdown.

All tables, pillows, rugs, blankets, vases, baskets and additional decor items will be cleaned and sanatized before and after every picnic.

All glassware, plates, cutlery and napkins are washed and sanatized prior to and after every picnic.
